Fishing's Future and the Ascarate Fishing Club is teaming up to hold several Family "Kids Fish" camps in 2012.  The Ascarate Fishing Club has been holding "Kids Fish" outings for many years and is one of the most active fishing clubs in the state.  Ascarate Lake is 48 acres of water surrounded by 152 acres of sport, picnicking and other recreation activities.  It is located below I-10 and Board Highway off Foncesa Drive.  Ascarate Golf Course is located right next to the lake. 

The lake is stocked 7 times during the year, with catfish and trout.  You can catch catfish, bluegill, bass, carp and trout.  Loads of fun is just a tug away and thousands of hungry fish are waiting to do battle with an unsuspected Jr. angler.  Register on line now using the below registration  sign-up and show up for some sun, fun and fish.  See you there!
