TEXAS – Session 3 – Water Safety for Fish and People – 6:30 PM

ONLINE – FREE FAMILY BASIC FISHING SESSIONS – DO ALL 4 SESSION
These sessions will be offered from Feb – Jun 2023 during the evenings Monday – Thursday
All participants must be registered. Register as a family and just someone looking to understand the basics of fishing.
Sessions DO NOT have to be taken in order.
There is some pre work that needs to be done prior to the sessions.
SESSION 1 – BASIC Knots, Lures, & Baits
SESSION 2 – BASIC Rods, Reels, and Casting
SESSION 3 – Water Safety
SESSION 4 – Texas Rules & Regulations and Habitat
Once ALL have been completed, you will be issued a certificate or a family certificate and you will be issued a save $10 off a $50.00 or more purchase at Academy to get you started with gear.
You and your family will also be invited to go fishing with us at various locations. These fishing evets will be in the Houston, Dallas/FTW, and Rio Grande Valley areas only.

(Q)Does the entire family need to be registered?
(A) Yes, These sessions are designed for the entire family.
(Q)Can Scouting groups register for these sessions?
(A) Yes, but there does need to be an adult in view or near. When a session is over, we can speak with the Scout and Adult to check off any items that are needed for their advancements.
(Q)What is the cost for these sessions?

(Q)Do you offer these sessions in Bi-Lingual or Spanish?
