(VOLUNTEERS NEEDED) Family Fishing Event – MCWILLIAMS YMCA – June 10, 2023

Greetings

Fishing’s Future is looking for volunteers (TPWD Certified Angler Instructors) to help run a Family Fish Camp event for MCWILLIAMS AT CYPRESS CREEK YMCA families.

We will cap the event at 40 participants.

Here is what the agenda will look like

7:30 – 8:30 – SETUP

8:45 – 9:00 – Participant Check in and Split into groups

9:00 – 9:10 – Group talk and quick introduction of the day

ROTATIONS START – 9:10 – 10:50 – 25 min each stations

Knot (Palomar), Baits, & Lures

Casting – Equipment (Spincast) & Backyard Bass

Rules & Regs (DeBaits Cards) & Habitat

Fish ID, Measuring, Holding, Keep or Release

COME BACK TOGETHER – Graduation Certificates

11:00 – 12:30PM – Fish Lake Holcomb

12:30PM – 1:00PM – Clean Up go home
