KS Certified Anglers will teach basic fishing to wounded warriors and their families as part of a weekend event at Truman Reservoir.

Kansas Certified Anglers will provide basic fishing instruction to approx 145 wounded warriors and their families, to include basic knot tying, fish identification, casting techniques, equipment setup, and lure selection. The warriors will participate in a low stress bass tournament on Sunday, October 13 with a volunteer boater. This is a no cost event for the warriors.
