MUST BE A RESIDENT OF TEXAS and MUST BE 18 years or OLDER.
To become a TPWD Angler Education Instructor, and criminal background check (CBC) will be done by TPWD.
Once you have registered here, you must also register with Texas Parks and Wildlife to gain approval for the CBC.
