Becoming a Fishing’s Future sponsor is a great way to give back to your community. We offer a variety of sponsorship levels to choose from: From putting a fishing pole in a child’s hand to casting a wide net with a national sponsorship. Fishing’s Future is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible.
Fishing’s Future creates a bond between children and parents by reconnecting them to nature through Family Fish Camps. To reach as many people as possible, we offer this one of a kind experience free of charge. We could not do this without sponsors or your donations. By sponsoring a Fishing’s Future chapter, you can help inspire the next generation of fishing enthusiasts while teaching local families:
Kids and parents are introduced to the principals of Leave No Trace, State Fish Rules and Regulations, and participate in an area cleanup. Their day also includes a snack lunch, first fish photos, and an official Fishing’s Future Family Basic Angler Certificate.
National Sponsor includes your logo being proudly displayed on our National Sponsor page with link back to your home page. Your brand will be mentioned in all media posts and sponsor can supply items for Captain Bags. Sponsor will be recognized in all FF Newsletters. We invite you to sponsor a family of up to seven members, who are mobility-disabled, in a wheelchair, or in a medical bed, for a day of fun adventure on the beautiful Laguna Madre, on South Padre Island. This sponsorship ensures they have everything needed for an amazing experience: all fishing equipment, safety gear, and any additional supplies.
By sponsoring a family with special mobility needs, you’re helping create lasting memories, promote inclusivity in outdoor activities, and foster a love for nature. It’s a unique chance for families to enjoy quality time together in a safe and accessible environment.

2ND CASTS, a part of Fishing’s Future, takes in used & surplus fishing gear, cleans and tests the equipment for proper operation and then puts it back into the hands of families and youth, nature centers, state parks, 4-H Clubs and Scouting units.. Learn More
