I was at the Council Grove Outlet on Saturday, August 14, 2021. I was fishing with a crappie jig and I was trying to fish for Walleye but instead I caught the big 38lbs, flat head catfish. I had to have two gentlemen helped me to get the big boy up. Thank goodness they had a big drop net to pull him out. I insisted to take the flat head home and have my dad help me clean it. Now my mom can make all the fish tacos that I want.
